Disgusting! We checked out shortly after checking in and got a refund. Don’t even bother frustrating yourself. It’s dirty, the dining chairs look like they came out of a dumpster, the swimming pool looks like Haz-Mat should be involved, the bathtub was stained, someone apparently kept their dog in the bathroom and it chewed/clawed at the door, the building smells.

This hotel is AWFUL, it’s really rundown and smells bad. Where to start explaining this nightmare….the first night, my mom thought she saw a blood stain on top of the bedsheets, turns out it was a bed bug. So, my parents had to leave out of that room and go bunk with my aunt until they could place them into another room. The back door entrance is supposed to be locked at all times and the only way to enter is by using your room key but no worries, your room key is NOT needed because the door is not locked, I’m assuming it’s broken or doesn’t latch on. The hallway/the hotel room floors, elevators, bathrooms are all disgusting. What a surprise is that the ONLY decent area in the hotel is the LOBBY. We didn’t even bother to utilize the swimming pool just based off the looks of all the other areas in the hotel, I can just imagine how the pool looked. I normally bring my own towels from home but this time I left them. They only gave enough towels for two and we needed more, when we went downstairs to ask for more, we were advised that the overnight crew only have 15 towels to give and that’s on a first come first serve basis, so if you aren’t the first to request more, then you’re basically out of luck. They couldn’t/wouldn’t accommodate us at all. I, however, did find towels elsewhere but if it’s up to this hotel, you will be going to bed dirty. It was too late to go to a Walmart or place to purchase towels because they were closed by this time. Oh yeah, and we were also told that we would have to wait til 10 am to ask housekeeping for more towels (if laundry has been done). The bed is hard as a rock. My daughter and I slept on top of the sheets, THANK GOD I brought a blanket to place over us, and I used one of my shirts to place over the pillows because by this time I am beyond creeped out. My entire time here, I couldn’t get a good night’s rest which pretty much ruined my whole trip. And not to mention they have the nerve to require a deposit, which isn’t disclosed when booking. Please do yourself a favor and book elsewhere.

This hotel is awful, it’s really rundown and smells bad. It looks like the kind of place you rent rooms by the hour. The bed was also uncomfortable. There are much nicer places to stay in Houston at a comparable price.

This is by far the most disgusting hotel I have ever been too. First off, the door to my friend room looked like it had been kicked in and would not close properly. The lock inside the door was missing. There was mold all around the window and fan. Dead ants on the wall that looked like they were sprayed with bug spray and died but never cleaned up. Stains all over the carpet. The pull out bed had redish / brown stains. Not sure what it was… I didn’t stay to find out though.

This was the nastiest and most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed in. I stayed one night..New Year Eve and I paid over $100 for the one night in this dirty, nasty, roach infested, pimp/ladies of the night, homeless person sleeping in front in the motel (not that it’s his fault he was homeless). I would’ve have left immediately when I saw the roach but it was New Year Eve and I didn’t want to put my life in danger driving.. I immediately left at 4:30am to get out of that hellish place. I had to pack my things in my bag and hang it in the closet in hopes that I wouldn’t bring their nasty roaches to my home! This place should be shut down and demolished! Y’all need to do better!
